A four-day workshop on the Photography and Web Designing from 10-18 August, 2019 has being inaugurated on 10th September, 2019 at the premises of Satprakashan Sanchar Kendra Indore, MP. This workshop is being organized by Satprakashan Sanchar Kendra, Indore in association with Signis MP Regional Branch (World Catholic Association for Communication). There are 22 participants from all over India who are taking part in this workshop. The workshop deals on the topics photography, editing and web designing.
The workshop was inaugurated with lighting of the lamp by Dr. Pushpa Anbu SVD, the General Formation Secretary for Divine Word Society, Dr. John Paul SVD, director of Satprakashan, Fr. Lawrence Fernandes SVD, the Video in-charge and Fr. Anthony Swamy, Assistant Director of Satprakashan.

While welcoming, Dr. John Paul said to all the participants that they are lucky to be chosen for this workshop as there has been many who applied for this workshop. Thus he requested them to make the best use of this opportunity and contribute creatively to society through this visual media.
The Chief Guest Dr. Anbu SVD in his address said, “We are in the world of media, where visuals play a significant role” and so the participants must explore and creatively contribute to this world.
The Workshop is organized mainly to introduce the participants to the world of photography and web designing to enhance their interest and to pursue it for their future as it has tremendous opportunities.
This professional workshop is for those poor and marginalized people, who are interested in photography but due to lack of finance, cannot afford to study in other professional institutes. The resource person is Fr. Anthony Swamy SVD, the Assistant Director at Satprakashan Sanchar Kendra, Indore.
