Technology is a boon or a curse. This is the debate going around in the world. In one hand technology is a blessing because it is more creative, Communicative and informative. On the other hand it is a curse because it has ruined the persons, family and relationships.

Keeping in mind the advantages and the disadvantages of technology, Nav Sadhana Regional pastoral centre with the support of Propaganda Fide (SIGNIS India) organised two days seminar on Cyber crime, Social Media addiction, Digital India Applications and Developing creative skills on Smartphone Technology on 3rd & 4th January, 2022.

There were 30 College Students from various parts of Agra Ecclesiastical region actively participated in this seminar. The resource person for this seminar was Rev Dr. Fr. Roseline Raja.

On the first day he dealt on the topic Cyber Crime and the various types of Cyber crime and how to overcome. He also gave the awareness on preventions of all kind of Cyber crime.

On the following day he focussed on “YouTube Channel” how to create a YouTube channel, how to promote and to increase the views on a particular video and how to earn from a YouTube channel. He also spoke on the topic “Smartphone Applications”, He explained how people get into Social Media addiction and how one can overcome from it.

At end of the seminar the participants learnt to create their own website as well as applications.
